My grandson just finished a Vandy camp on Tuesday. I had noticed a lot of players working the camp and asked one of the coaches about summer ball. His reply (as indicated earlier) was something like, "A lot of the players are staying on campus this summer and working out."

Maybe the NL starter . . . . the Cardinals are in the National League Central. Hope you are right about him starting though -- that would be exciting for a Vandy fan. Did David Price ever start an All Star game??

Guess we accomplished the opportunity for him to have to make a decision. A few do opt for college ball . . . . . (fingers crossed)

The women were 2-0 against the Viles. Won at home on the Blakes tip-in & sent them home in the SEC Tourney 84-76.

Is it just a one game "showcase"? or a "tournament"/round robin???

Yes, George is back on the radio airwaves now (94.9FM - 3pm to 5pm I think). Has been back for a while now - I heard him back during basketball season. Not sure what got the poster fired up about his "true colors". I did see George at a few VandyBoys games this season . . . .

I had forgotten about her sister, Jaloni. Just looked her up . . . . " as a Freshman, started all 29 games she played in for Ohio State. Averaged 15.4 pts, 4.5 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2 steal per game". I wish she knew how to spell . . . .

Ole JD should get A LOT of credit. Yeah, a couple of big swings, but he kept on scratching, and clawing and fighting & gave us 8 good innings. Sure hope we get to see him again next Friday!!

Matt Olson - Atlanta 1B. I hear the Independence HS kid, Robert Hassell made his MLB debut sometime in the last 10/12 days with the Nationals.

Joey Cora at 2nd base would merit a lot of consideration.
