Re: Hats off to Shea Ralph and the VU WBB team...
I am SURE that the only reason Blakes didn't go to Stanford in the first place is that she didn't want to be there with her brother and compete for headlines or show him up.
I am equally SURE that Volball09 bases every statement on secret facts from insiders at McGugin that secretly hate Vandy.

Since my older brothers (now in their 80's) went to Ramsay HS in Birmingham, I had high hopes for Anthony. Sorry to see this end to his football days but I wish him well.

Re: Spring roster finally updated online
TQ, I am not sure I understand your comment "the lone returnee Mitchell." Kevo Wesley also returns on the OL along with several other underclassmen. Did you mean returning starters?

How pitiful. A lead of ONLY 31 points at the end of the 3rd.

A great reminder that Rome wasn't built in a day. Doubt it will quiet those who want her gone if don't do something next year like win the SEC and make the Elite 8 or something.

Re: After this big win...
commadore, it's anti-SEC prejudice. Or, someone has decided if VU can do things like this, the SEC must not be any good.

VandyPhile, yes, he said something like that. Basically the UT players couldn't remember what they were supposed to do, especially if there was a change in the call at the last second.

I thought Shoop's defenses played well and played hard. Glad he's back with us. And my memory his appearances in the old VandyReVealed videos is that he was a good motivator.

Re: Vanderbilt-Kentucky game thread
I figured out where the SEC gets it officials. They go to the seediest part of town for the home team, find 3 guys who can be cleaned up a little bit and offer them more money than they have seen in the last month to try to officiate a basketball game whether know anything about hoops or not.
