Re: What happens if an entire team goes portal?
There's a little known NCAA codicil which allows the bowl eligible team without players to forcibly draft high school and college players within a 50-mile radius of the campus in the event of mass defection. While I haven't seen any reports of Marshall cancelling their bowl, I doubt Army would run ...

Re: Report: Vandy to open season at home November 4 vs. Maryland-Eastern Shore
If the new coach is what he is cracked up to be, his team (new or not) needs to win most of the OOC games if not all of them and go better than .500 in the SEC. That should result in maybe a 6-seed or so in the big dance. That should be the expectations. I was just wondering if anybody else expecte...

What happens if an entire team goes portal?
Who plays the bowl game? Will it be like the Marshall movie where they had to play guys from the basketball, soccer, baseball teams?

Re: SEC Strength
The major issue that I see is that while we have performed well in our non-conference schedule so far, we've played the 4th weakest schedule of the 16 SEC teams thus far. Nothing personal against UMES... but they do blow. If we beat them by 200, playing that game would still hurt our SOS. Citadel a...

Re: TCU
Edwards 93% at the line. 13 of 14.
Biggest difference in the game. Actually the bench was a shocking 20 of 21 at the line. 95%

Re: the big winner in this seeding is…
This 12 team set-up is flawed on several levels. They should have stopped at 8. All at large.

Re: the SEC only has itself to blame
If a fourth SEC team doesn't get picked for the 12 team playoff, the SEC has only itself to blame. OBVIOUSLY every school in the SEC knew that something like this was going to happen when they added Texas and Oklahoma to the conference. OBVIOUSLY a 16 team mega-conference which dominates all major ...
